Mehrdad Alaei, CEO/CTO and Chairman of the Board
Before taking over GoPaperless Solutions, Inc., Mr. Alaei owned and currently operates a full service IT consulting firm, Technologic, Inc. His extensive experience in the computer technology field provides the necessary links between GoPaperless' hardware, software and support solutions.
Mr. Alaei holds a BS degree in Social Psychology from Cal State University, San Diego as well as numerous Technology Certifications. 
Prabakar Mahalingam, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Mahalingam is currently responsible for account management, finance, billing, legal and intellectual property management of the company. Prior to joining GoPaperless Solutions, Mr. Mahalingam owned and operated EnviroBinz Inc., a recycling and advertising company, bringing “green” initiatives to the outdoor media market. Additionally as a real estate broker, he has owned and operated a real estate brokerage franchise, and as an Electrical Engineer, he has worked in numerous design and management roles in technology firms. His extensive experience in the engineering, real estate, and environmental industries will play a vital role in the growth and development of “paperless” products for new markets.
Mr. Mahalingam received his BS Electrical Engineering from Marquette University and his MBA from San Diego State University.
